School Policy

Tuition & Fees

Tuition is charged on a monthly basis for all private lessons.

Non-subscribers/Invoiced:

You will receive an updated and itemized invoice every month. All non-subscription based payments are due by the 1st of the month. Payment not received by the 4th of each month will incur a $30 late charge.  In non-subscription payments - students can register at any time of the month and tuition is pro-rated accordingly.

Subscription Services

Subscription plans are charged on the same day of the month you enrolled in lessons.  In the event of a cancelation - please give me 24 hour notice to receive a make-up credit.  Make-up lessons are granted within a month of the cancelation date.  Please contact me for cancellations of subscription - or any other additional information.

Cancelations and Make-up Lessons -

We understand that sometimes life comes up and you may have to cancel a lesson. No problem! Just let us know 24 hours in advance of your lesson.  No-shows and lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice are not made up or refunded.  If canceled in advance, you are entitled a make-up lesson credit. In the unlikely event of a teacher cancelation – you are entitled to a make-up lesson.

Internet Connection -

Want to test your internet connection? Try using www.pingtest.net to check if your connection will work well for the lesson! You will receive a letter grade that determines the strength of the connection.

Instructor Breaks-

In accordance with legal requirements, the instructor is entitled to a brief rest period of up to 3 minutes before each lesson. This break ensures compliance with labor laws and allows the instructor to attend to personal needs, including bathroom breaks. The lesson will start promptly after the break, and the remaining scheduled time will be used for instruction.

Withdrawal -

Enrollment is on-going, but in the unlikely event of withdrawal, we do ask for a minimum of 30 days notification.

Instructor's Right to Terminate

The instructor reserves the right to terminate lessons if necessary under the following conditions:

  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior.

  • Non-compliance with studio policies.

  • Health or safety concerns.
