School Policy
Tuition & Fees
Tuition is charged on a monthly basis for all private lessons. All students are required to enroll in our auto-bill program. This is a safe, secure and convenient way to pay tuition and any ongoing fees while enrolled at the school. Subscription plans are charged on the same day of the month you enrolled in lessons.

Cancelations and Make-up Lessons -
We understand that sometimes life comes up and you may have to cancel a lesson. No problem! Just let us know 24 hours in advance of your lesson. No-shows and lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice are not made up or refunded. If canceled in advance, you are entitled a make-up lesson credit to be used within one month of the cancellation date. In the unlikely event of a teacher cancelation – you are entitled to a make-up lesson.

Instructor Breaks-
In accordance with legal requirements, the instructor is entitled to a brief rest period of up to 3 minutes before each lesson. This break ensures compliance with labor laws and allows the instructor to attend to personal needs, including bathroom breaks. The lesson will start promptly after the break, and the remaining scheduled time will be used for instruction.

Withdrawal -
Enrollment is on-going, but students may withdrawal at any point during the year. Withdrawals must be submitted in written form (text or email) 14-days before the auto-pay charge.

Communication Policy -
To keep our lessons focused, productive, and respectful of everyone’s time, communication outside of scheduled sessions is reserved for scheduling and logistics only — such as rescheduling, cancellations, or payment-related questions.
For anything involving your vocal technique, song choices, recordings, or creative projects, I ask that those questions be saved for your lesson time. This includes:
-
Sending music for feedback
-
Asking for advice on vocal or artistic decisions
-
Requesting review of recordings, mixes, or song ideas
-
Coaching questions related to technique, songwriting, or performance
I absolutely love supporting your musical journey, and I want to give your questions and artistry the full focus they deserve. That level of thoughtful attention is best provided during our dedicated time together, where we can work through things in real time with care and clarity.
Need urgent help between sessions?
If you have a time-sensitive need — such as a last-minute audition or a song heading into final production — feel free to reach out to see if I have additional availability that week for a paid add-on session. I’m always happy to support when possible.
