This Policy discloses the privacy practices for Wilde Music Academy's website (the “Site”), as well as related products and services we may offer to you (the “Service”). This Policy also covers how personal and other information that we receive or collect about you and your clients (“Clients”) is treated. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our site, and by updating any privacy information on this page. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services available through this Site after such modifications will constitute your (a) acknowledgment of the modified Policy; and (b) your agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.

1. Types of Information We Collect

This information may include the Website’s Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) that points to the site you just came from, which URL you go to after visiting our Site, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.

 

2. How We Collect and Use Information

Wilde Music Academy does not collect any PII about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain PII to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. We will primarily use your PII to provide product or service offerings to you. We may use certain information about you without identifying you as an individual to third parties. We may also collect or our third-party advertising partners may collect, certain Aggregate Information. For example, we may use your IP address to diagnose problems with our servers, software, to administer our Site and to gather demographic information. Our third-party advertising partners may also provide us with aggregate reports.

Depending on how you use our Site, we will store cookies on your computer to collect certain aggregate data and customize your experience. A cookie is a small data text file that uniquely identifies your browser.

Cookies may include your IP address, browser type, server data, and your first name to welcome you back. We use cookies for: monitoring usage metrics, storing passwords (if you allow us), account preferences, and personalization. We do not use cookies to track browsing behavior.

Wilde Music Academy will not sell, trade, or rent your PII to others. We may share your PII with trusted Service Partners to perform services or deliver products to you. For example, payment processors (e.g., Stripe), delivery services, and customer service providers.

We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may disclose PII when legally required (court order, subpoena, law enforcement cooperation). We reserve the right to report unlawful activity.

We may provide Aggregate Information to third-party advertisers, but this does not include PII.

 

5. Updating and Correcting Information

You may update your PII via your online account. Some information (e.g., transaction history) may not be deleted. Backups may contain residual data.

 

6. User Choices on Collection and Use of Information

You may opt-out of receiving marketing emails by adjusting your account settings. You may also decline cookies via browser preferences.

 

7. Security of Your PII

We follow industry standards to protect your PII, including:

  • Encrypting data during transmission

  • Restricting access to staff with a need-to-know

  • Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards

  • Password-protected access to your account

Credit card processing is handled by third-party services. Despite our best efforts, no system is 100% secure. You agree to take reasonable steps to secure your own device.

If your PII is compromised, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

 

8. Miscellaneous

You must be 18 years or older to use this Site. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Information posted publicly (forums, profiles) may be collected by third parties. This Policy does not apply to such disclosures.

9. GDPR: European or UK Data Subjects

Clients of Wilde Music Academy may use our software to collect personal data from individuals, including those in the EU and UK. In such cases, Wilde Music Academy acts as a data processor, while the client (or their client) is the data controller.

We only process personal data per client instruction, under a data processing agreement, and with appropriate safeguards in place.
