Wilde Music Academy provides online and in-person music education and mentorship including one-on-one lessons, digital courses, educational content, books, and resources to support musical growth.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your progress depends on your effort, engagement, and other personal factors beyond our control.
b. Temporary Interruptions
Site functionality or live services may experience temporary downtime. WMA is not liable for interruptions beyond our control (e.g., third-party service issues).
c. Right to Modify Services
We may revise, improve, or discontinue Services without prior notice. Changes may affect availability, features, or access.
d. No Contingency on Future Offerings
Use of Services is not contingent on future updates, bonuses, or releases.
3. Payment
a. Fees
All fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase or as agreed in writing. We may offer payment plans for select Services. Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms such as Stripe. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
b. Overdue Amounts
If your payment fails or is declined, we may suspend access to the Services until the balance is paid. You are responsible for any fees incurred during collection efforts.
c. Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise specified in a specific offer or agreement, all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Conduct and Community Standards
By using the Site or participating in any of our communities or lessons, you agree to:

You retain ownership of your original music or creative work.
7. Privacy and Security

WMA is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Site and Services. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.

13. Final Provisions
